STATES AUTHORIZED FOR DIRECT SHIPMENT
Malibu Family Wines and Malibu Wines complies with all federal, state and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. If no one is available to receive the package, additional attempts to deliver will be made. If these attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the distribution center it originated from.
All orders are shipped via the best possible manner depending on your location. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

We cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
FedEx Ground is Malibu Family Wines carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by FedEx at current market rates.
WINE IS A DELICATE COMMODITY
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Malibu Family Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
