Reservations

Reservations are not required Monday through Thursday and you can simply walk in. For large and special event bookings on these days please email bookings@malibuwines.com for special arrangements. Reservations are required Saturday and Sunday's during our peak months, March through October.  There is limited availability first come first serve tables. 

Small Picnic Table

A 3 hour rental of one Small Picnic table during business hours.
Includes seating for a maximum seating of 4 guests.
Additional 1 Bottle Minimum Purchase Required.

GAZEBO

Rental of entire Gazebo during normal business hours.
Reception Style Seating for a maximum of 35 people.

Rental of entire School Bus Area during normal business hours.
Seating for a maximum of 21 guests.

Backyard VIP Space 

The backyard rental will provide an event which ensures seating for every guest. Includes tables, chairs and linens. This space is an all day rental. 


Seating for a minimum of 15 guests up to 200

COST: $20/per person + cleaning fee. 

Extra Large  Table

3 hour rental of one Extra-Large  table during normal business hours.
Includes seating for a maximum of 12 guests.
Additional 2 Bottle Minimum Purchase Required.

ADDITIONAL INFO FOR RESERVATIONS & SPECIAL EVENTS

CANCELLATION: In the event of a cancellation, Malibu Wines does not refund. You will have 1 year from the date of deposit to reschedule your event.

ALCOHOL: Malibu Wines Tasting Room proudly serves Semler and Saddlerock Wines. All bottle purchases will be in addition to prices quoted above. All alcohol enjoyed on property must be purchased through the Malibu Wines tasting room. Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed on property.

FOOD: If looking for further catering options, please ask and we will happily send you a list of our preferred caterers. If you wish to work with an outside caterer, please contact bookings@malibuwines.com for more information. Malibu Wines does not have a kitchen and only serves light snacks, but you are more than welcome to bring any type of food, water, juice or soda onsite. 

SETUP: All tables and chairs for your event are provided by Malibu Wines or by request from one of our preferred vendors.

MUSIC: With respect to our other patrons and our live music performers, we kindly request that you do not bring any outside music or PA systems.

MINORS: We are a strict 21+ and over establishment with no exception. Please advise your guests that everyone must be of legal drinking age & no infants may accompany parents.

 

ADMISSION: Advance reservations (can only be made online) are required to enter the site. If there are no reservations available, guests may come to the offsite shuttle lot and wait for a table to open up. Entrance is not guaranteed.

PARKING: As part of our ongoing efforts to improve public safety and help keep Malibu Wines open for visitation, parking and drop offs are no longer allowed on Mulholland Highway on weekends. 

SHUTTLE LOT: A complimentary shuttle lot is located at 32111 Mulholland Highway, 1/2 mile from Malibu Wines tasting room. A free shuttle runs every 3-5 minutes.

SHARED RIDE: All Uber, Lyft, or guests traveling in other shared ride services will be directed to our shuttle lot. There is no unloading of guests at the tasting room.

CALENDAR: Malibu Wines is open 7 days a week year round, Closed only on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. There is

COST: No cost for admission, just a minimum of one bottle purchase for each group of 2-4 people. We do not serve food, but feel free to bring a picnic & non-alcoholic beverages for your enjoyment.

No outside alcohol, open flame, smoking and pets are permitted with the exception of service animals. We do not allow any outside chairs or tables to be brought in.

WEATHER: Although we see plenty of sunshine in Southern California, please note we are a completely outdoors facility and are susceptible to Mother Nature.
