Is anyone under 21 allowed ?
We are a strict 21+ establishment with no exception. Please advise your guests that everyone must be of legal drinking age & no infants may accompany parents.
Do you allow pets?
No, Malibu Wines does not allow any pets except for medical support animals.
What are your hours?
Summer (Memorial Day Weekend to Halloween Weekend) - Open seven days a week Sunday – Thursday: 11am to 7pm, Friday & Saturday: 10am to 9pm
Fall – Spring (November to May) – Open seven days a week from 11am-7pm.
Please note - Wine Tastings conclude at 6:30pm every day. During the Summer season, we serve bottles until 8:30pm on Friday & Saturdays.
What is Malibu Wines and why are you so popular?
Malibu Wines Tasting Room is a unique location nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains. We are completely outdoors and offer two labels of wine: Semler and Saddlerock.
We offer Wine Tastings, Wines by the Bottle, and Mimosas by the Glass. Our location is unique as it offers large amounts of space to enjoy bottles of wine while listening to live music. We also allow outside food, for those who would like to get creative with what they would like to pair with their wines.
Do you serve food?
Malibu Wines only has light snacks available for purchase at our Market. You are more than welcome to bring any outside food that you would like. Please remember to bring utensils, plates and napkins for your picnic!

Corporate Events - we can offer a lunch or dinner buffet option through one of our Preferred Caterers.
When is your music?
Fall-Spring: Saturday and Sunday from 12-2pm & 3-5pm.
Summer: Friday from 6-8pm and Saturday/Sundays 12-2pm, 3-5pm & 6-8pm.
Do you allow outside alcohol or Do you have a corkage fee?
Absolutely no outside alcohol is allowed.
Do You Recommend a shuttle or Limo service to take us to your tasting room?
We highly recommend to bring a designated driver, call an Uber, or book a shuttle service. For shuttle service please contact Performance Limo La at (805)499-5666 or get a quick quote from them HERE
Do you take Reservations?
Malibu Wines does take reservations for groups. Reservations are not needed Monday - Friday for groups smaller than 20. We highly suggest a reservation Saturday and Sunday through the summer. When in doubt, please feel free to give us a call at 818.865.06050
We also have first come/ first serve seating available for all non-booked spaces. Should you choose not to make a reservation, we recommend arriving before 12pm to stake your claim. We also have plenty of green space available to spread out, so we recommend bringing a blanket.
Unreserved tables, umbrellas, heaters and chairs are first come/ first serve only!
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC SPACE?
While we will do our best to accommodate your group, we cannot guarantee a specific space at our Tasting Room.
DO RESERVATIONS COME WITH UMBRELLAS OR HEATERS?
Yes, we will do our best to ensure your table reservation includes an umbrella or heater (depending on weather).
I'M TRYING TO MAKE A RESERVATION ONLINE AND IT SHOWS THAT ALL SPACES ARE FULL?
Our spaces book up rather quickly, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible. If you are unable to book a table, we do have other options available. Please email email@example.com for further details.
We also recommend arriving as soon as we open to stake your claim.
What is your Reservation Cancellation Policy?
In in the event of cancellation, we do not refund. But, you do have up to 12 months to reschedule from the date of reservation. All cancellations must be sent in email form 24 hours in advance.
I WANT TO PLAN A LARGE GROUP EVENT or Corporate event, WHAT DO I DO?

Is there an entry fee to the general public?
No way! We only ask that you purchase a bottle or two per group.
What is your tasting menu and bottle pricing?
Our tasting flights range between $14 and $16. We also offer wines by the bottles starting at $28.
Where can you park?
Weekdays: Free parking in our main lot
Weekends: Valet is available in our main lot for $14 (cash only). We also offer a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes located ½ mile away from Malibu Wines (32111 Mulholland Hwy., 90265).
Please note parking on Mulholland is not permitted.
Can I decorate my table?
Yes, feel free to decorate any way you like! We also can do the work for you!
Malibu Wines also offers décor packages to take the stress away from you. Please contact email@example.com for further details.
We only ask that you clean up after your event and decorations do not impede on any other neighboring space. Please note: we do not allow any open flame.
What is the size of your tables?
General Round Tables are 60".
Small Wooden Tables are 2ftX2ft.
Large Wooden Tables are 2ftX10ft.
Extra-Large Wooden Tables are 4ftX10ft.
WHAT CAN MAKE MY EVENT EXTRA SPECIAL?
Malibu Wines is excited to offer décor packages for a more personalized event. We also partnered with Nothing Bundt Cakes and can offer you a Decorated Bundt Cake. Let us decorate & have your cake ready, so you do not have to!
I am brinGing a cake, can you refrigerate it?
No, we only have small wine refrigerators available. Please feel free to bring a cooler for any items you'd like to keep cool.
Do you have ice?
We have ice allocated to keep bottles cold. Should your group need ice, feel free to bring as much ice as you need.
Who do I contact if I want to take engagement photos, film or take professional photography at our tasting room?

Malibu Wines is so proud of our beautiful location! Unfortunately, we do not allow any Weddings at our tasting room. But, we would love to host your Rehearsal Dinner, Bridal Shower or Bachelorette Party!
