Learn to make artisan pizzas and focaccia in this hands-on cooking course taught by two pizzaiolos from Italy. Course is 2 hours of hands-on prepping, rolling, and topping various pizzas. Using fresh organic ingredients and flour imported from Italy, the pizzas are cooked for 75 seconds in an authentic Neapolitan wood-burning oven. An experience like no other- wood-fired pizza is the best. A glass of wine will accompany this class. Prestented by Porcelli Pizza Co., a mobile pizzeria that cater events, private parties and teach hands-on cooking courses. Class is limited.
